Actors Felicity Huffman and William H. Macy Sued in Personal Injury Case

A woman named Lourdes Orozco is suing “Desperate Housewives” star Felicity Huffman, and her equally-famous actor husband William H. Macy, for “willful failure” to warn the woman about a dangerous staircase in their home, causing the woman personal injury.

Allegedly, in April 2011, Orozco fell down the stairs in Huffman’s and Macy’s home in Hollywood Hills. She claims that the stairs were “dirty and poorly maintained,” and lacked “regulated handrails.” The allegations state that the stairs “could easily cause anyone to slip and fall.”

Orozco is suing for personal injury, lost wages, and medical expenses, to the tune of $25,000.

It is not yet known what relationship Orozco has to the celebrity couple.

Neither Huffman nor Macy have responded to the lawsuit.
