Amanda Bynes in another hit-and-run after DUI

After being pulled for side-swiping a police cruiser and being charged with a DUI this spring, one might suspect that Amanda Bynes, 26, DUI Lawyerswould be a bit more careful in her driving, but it appears she has not gotten her driving under control.  A few days after that initial arrest, she was accused of a hit-and-run, though no charges were pursued.  Now the LAPD is investigating the actressover another traffic accident, this one happening earlier this month. On August 4, Bynes was driving on Ventura Boulevard and allegedly rear-ended a woman’s Toyota.  The driver claims that Bynes stopped briefly and said there was no damage before immediately driving off.  The law requires that insurance information be exchanged and for the police to be contacted, neither of which were done by Bynes.Bynes claims that she and the other driver had agreed there was no damage before she left.Bynes, known for her appearances in the television show “All That” and in films such as “She’s the Man” and “Hairspray”, tweeted after her initial DUI arrest:

“Hey @BarackObama… I don’t drink. Please fire the cop who arrested me. I also don’t hit and run. The end.”

Since then, she’s deleted every tweet from her account.

She pled “Not Guilty” this summer to a charge of misdemeanor DUI, and would likely only serve a few hours in jail if convicted.
