Deborah Windsor – Paralegal – Deborah was born and raised in Columbia and attended the University of South Carolina where she majored in Public Relations with a Cognate in Political Science. Deborah worked for South Carolina National Bank/Wachovia for 14 years before starting her legal career at Bolt Popowski McCullough and Strom in 1993. Ms. Windsor then went on to work at Nelson Mullins Riley and Scarborough on the Products Liability Litigation Team.
Deborah worked for The Honorable E. Crosby Lewis from 1999 until 2011 in the practice areas of Utilities, Municipal Government, Contracts, and Probate. Deborah also assisted Mr. Lewis while he served as the Chairman of the Governor’s Mansion Commission during the renovation of the Mansion.
In 2011, Deborah returned to school full-time and received an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Midlands Technical College.
Volunteering has always been a way of life to Deborah. She volunteered for the Carolina Ballet Alliance while her daughter was a company member, and for McCain for President in 2000. She is a past President of the Lexington County Republican Women, has served as a past Board Member for Carolina Sunshine, and she has served as a Care Team Member for Lexington Presbyterian Church. Ms. Windsor currently serves as an Ambassador for the Richland Library.
