Hangover 2 Personal Injury Lawsuit

The stunt man for Ed Helms in “The Hangover 2” is now suing Warner Brothers, according to TMZ.  He is claiming he was severely injured during a high speed stunt for the movie last year in Bangkok, Thailand.

Scott McLean filed a lawsuit in California federal court on August 30 claiming he was participating in a scene where he had to lean out of the window of a moving truck, but the stunt went terribly wrong.

McLean states another vehicle involved in the stunt skidded out and crashed,  resulting in a collision.

According to McLean, the stunt required “precision and timing,” but after the stunt was in progress, the stunt coordinator changed the timing which resulted in the crash.

TMZ says McLean’s reps told The Hollywood Reporter he suffered “likely permanent brain and physical injuries,” including ongoing seizures, speech impediments, physical impediments, and brain trauma.

McLean is suing for unspecified damages.
