Olivia Hassler is originally from Allentown, Pennsylvania. She holds two undergraduate degrees from the University of South Carolina and graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2019.
Olivia began with the Strom Law Firm in 2015 as a runner and office assistant. During law school, she returned to the firm to work as a law clerk until she passed the bar exam in November of 2019. She now focuses her practice on civil rights, probate and estate, personal injury and criminal defense.
Olivia is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, Richland County Bar Association, My Carolina Columbia Gamecocks Association, South Carolina Athletic Alumni association, National Women Lawyers Association, Lawyers Against Police Brutality Association and the South Carolina Young Lawyer Division of the South Carolina Bar. She enjoys volunteering with various domestic violence associations including SASS Go.
In her spare time, Olivia enjoys spending time with her fiancé and pets. She enjoys reading, going to the movies, trying out new recipes, and traveling to new places. She also enjoys going to USC sporting events and cheering on the Gamecocks, especially the Track and Field team, for whom she was a javelin thrower from 2012-2017 and currently holds the 3rd furthest throw in USC’s history.
Olivia’s favorite part of her job is giving back to the community. As a survivor of domestic violence herself, she realizes how important it is to have legal representation and a voice. Olivia is pleased to help people navigate difficult circumstances and advocate on their behalf.
