Suzuki Issues Recall Due to Defective Headlight

Suzuki is issuing a recall on two of their vehicles due to a defective headlight. Suzuki vehicles subject to recall include 2004-2006 Forenza models and 2005-2006 Reno models manufactured from September 23, 2003 through March 7, 2006. First Round of DePuy Lawsuits Settled for Smaller Amount

The first round of lawsuits against Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy hip implants has been settled, which means that other lawsuits against the devices will have to wait longer to go to court.
