An upstate accident early Saturday resulted in one death and sent five others to the hospital. The driver, 20 year old Kevin Dill, was charged with felony DUI.
Zion Mills, 17, who was sitting in the middle seat of the 1999 Ford Pickup when it ran off of the road and flipped, died as a result of the accident.
The driver has been charged with felony DUI, but according to WYFF4, passengers say the crash didn’t kill Mills. They said she died after being struck by another vehicle that kept going.
The Highway patrol has not confirmed that the girl was killed by a hit-and-run driver.
Being charged with felony DUI is a serious crime that can lead to serious consequences.
