As employees and the marketplace become more diverse, as do expectations that companies and nonprofits will themselves have diverse and inclusive organizations that can navigate a world that continues to demand that organizations look like the markets and communities they serve. We help our clients build and foster diverse, inclusive, and equitable organizations.
Every company and every industry will approach diversity, equity, and inclusion differently, and our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Practice Group seek to provide each client with a set of DE&I tools that help them build and foster diversity, equity, and inclusion at every touchpoint of their organization – from helping them identify diverse Directors to helping them establish and administer diverse supplier programs. Representative matters include:
- Diversity, equity, and inclusion gap analysis and diagnostics for the board, senior executive, workforce, and supplier diversity;
- Conducting diverse employee focus grouping and surveys to gauge the work environment for diverse employees and vendors;
- Developing crisis communications plans for diversity-related issues; and,
- Developing and administering manager, director, and executive leadership training modules for inclusive leadership;
